- 1After defeating and snagging the Shadow Arbok, proceed through the door Smarton exited.
- 2Enter Gorigan's office, where he expresses anger over the defeat of Cipher members and challenges you as the third Admin.
- 3Prepare for Gorigan's team, which includes Shadow Primeape and Hypno, and ensure you snag both.
- 4Upon defeating Gorigan, he becomes enraged and threatens the Cipher Key Lair.
