Elite Four Hala

Hala's team consists of:

• Hariyama (Level 54, Fighting)
• Primeape (Level 54, Fighting)
• Bewear (Level 54, Normal/Fighting)
• Poliwrath (Level 54, Water/Fighting)
• Crabominable (Level 55, Fighting/Ice)

Hala uses Full Restores and Full Heals. His Hariyama may use Fake Out to flinch your Pokémon. Pokémon with Inner Focus or Ghost-types are immune to Fake Out, but Ghost-types must be wary of Knock Off. Primeape is fast and hits hard with moves like Cross Chop, and also has Dragon and Dark-type moves. Fairy-types are recommended. Bewear is part Normal, making Ghost-types ineffective unless they have a secondary typing. It has high HP and Attack but low Special Defense, so special attackers are advised. It also has Brutal Swing. Poliwrath is weak to Electric, Grass, Flying, Fairy, and Psychic-types. It uses Water and Fighting-type moves. Crabominable, Hala's strongest Pokémon, is weak to Fire, Steel, Fighting, Psychic, Fairy, and Flying-types. It holds Fightium Z.

Elite Four Olivia

Olivia's team consists of:

• Relicanth (Level 54, Water/Rock)
• Probopass (Level 54, Rock/Steel)
• Golem (Alolan) (Level 54, Rock/Electric)
• Carbink (Level 54, Rock/Fairy)
• Lycanroc (Midnight) (Level 55, Rock)

Olivia uses Full Restores and Full Heals. Relicanth is weak to Grass, Ground, and Fighting-types, and has high Defense. It may use Yawn. Probopass is weak to Ground, Water, and Fighting-types. It uses Sandstorm and Thunder Wave. Alolan Golem is weak to Ground, Grass, Water, and Fighting-types, and has high Defense. Carbink is doubly weak to Steel-types and weak to Water, Ground, and Grass-types. It has high defensive stats and can use Reflect. Lycanroc (Midnight) is strong offensively and uses moves like Stone Edge, a Dark-type move, and Counter. It holds Rockium Z.

Elite Four Acerola

Acerola's team consists of:

• Sableye (Level 54, Dark/Ghost)
• Dhelmise (Level 54, Ghost/Grass)
• Froslass (Level 54, Ghost/Ice)
• Drifblim (Level 54, Ghost/Flying)
• Palossand (Level 55, Ghost/Ground)

Acerola uses Full Restores and Full Heals. Sableye is weak to Fairy-types and may use Fake Out. It uses a Psychic-type move and Confuse Ray. Dhelmise is weak to Ghost, Dark, Fire, Flying, and Ice-types. It has high Attack and Defense but middling Speed. It can use Whirlpool. Froslass is weak to Ghost, Dark, Fire, Rock, and Steel-types. It is fast and has powerful Ice-type moves like Blizzard, Ice Shard, and Confuse Ray. Drifblim is weak to Ghost, Dark, Electric, Rock, and Ice-types. It has high HP but poor defenses. It can boost its Special Defense and critical hit rate, then pass boosts with Baton Pass. Palossand is weak to Ghost, Dark, Water, Grass, and Ice-types. Water-types should be cautious as it has Giga Drain and gains Defense when hit by Water moves. It holds Ghostium Z.

Elite Four Kahili

Kahili's team consists of:

• Skarmory (Level 54, Steel/Flying)
• Mandibuzz (Level 54, Dark/Flying)
• Crobat (Level 54, Poison/Flying)
