Discover how to use Isle Evelup in Pokémon Sun and Moon to passively train your Pokémon, gain EVs, and level them up while you're away. Learn about drinks and upgrades!

Hey there! So, you've heard about Isle Evelup, right? It's basically a super chill way to train up your Pokémon while you're off doing other stuff, maybe even sleeping! You can have up to 18 Pokémon playing on the playgrounds you build here. It's awesome because they gain experience points to level up, and you can even boost their Effort Values (EVs) for any of the six stats. Pretty neat, huh?

When you decide which Pokémon are going to play, you'll also get to pick a special drink for them. You decide how many drinks they get, and that determines how long their play session lasts. Don't worry about the cost of these drinks – they're totally free! Mohn, the guy who runs this place, must be loaded!

Here's a quick rundown of the drinks and what they do:

DrinkEffect*
Level Boost DrinkOne drink will give 300 exp.
HP Boost DrinkGives +4 HP EV points
Attack Boost DrinkGives +4 Attack EV points
Defense Boost DrinkGives +4 Defense EV points
Sp. Attack Boost DrinkGives +4 Special Attack EV points
Sp. Defense Boost DrinkGives +4 Special Defense EV points
Speed Boost DrinkGives +4 Speed EV points

* Effect is at max Isle Evelup level. Lower levels give less exp and +1 or +2 EV points.

Now, leveling up Pokémon or EV training them here can take a bit. If Isle Evelup is fully upgraded and you're aiming to max out a stat, you'll need about 63 training sessions. Each drink lasts for half an hour, so that's a whopping 31.5 hours of your Pokémon just hanging out!

But, there's a way to speed things up: Poke Beans! Just like with other islands, using Poke Beans can double the training speed. This means you could max out a stat in about 15.75 hours. Honestly, that's not too shabby if you're busy and can't play the game much yourself.

To get the most out of Isle Evelup, you'll want to upgrade it. Here are the requirements:

Isle LevelPlain BeansPokemon in PC
145 Beans45 Pokemon
2120 Beans60 Pokemon
3225 Beans75 Pokemon

Heads up: The experience and EVs you get at lower isle levels are pretty slow. It's really recommended to wait until Isle Evelup is max level before relying on it for training, as it's significantly faster then.
