Upon entering Jublife City, a lost Buneary will run into you, followed by its trainer Keira. She'll suggest visiting the Super Contest Hall.

In the Super Contest Hall, you'll meet Johanna and Keira, who discuss Super Contests. Talk to the woman in purple at the front desk; she is Fantina, the Gym Leader. You can challenge her later when she returns to the Gym.
