If you use Growth Mulch, you can speed up its growth to about 2 days. If you're super diligent and water it perfectly, you can get up to 15 berries from that one tree! Plant those 15, give them the same treatment, and you'll be looking at around 225 berries. If you push it even further, planting about 104 of those and watering them perfectly, you'll end up with more berries than you can even carry! It might take about 6 days total, which honestly isn't too bad when you think about it. This same logic applies to any berry, so if you're aiming for a bunch of Leppa Berries or any other kind, you can totally make it happen. Just remember that your berry yield might vary a bit depending on the type of berry.
