First up is the Name Rater. If you want to change your Pokémon's nickname (as long as you caught it yourself – traded Pokémon can't be renamed!), you'll need to find this old man. He hangs out in the apartment complex in Eterna City. Just head to the first level of the apartments, and you should spot him there.

The Move Deleter:

Next, let's talk about the Move Deleter. This guy is super handy if you've got a Pokémon stuck with a move you'd rather they didn't have, maybe even an HM that's taking up a valuable slot. He's located in a house in Canalave City. He can erase any move from your Pokémon's learnset, no questions asked!

The Move Teacher:

Finally, we have the Move Teacher. This is where things get a little more interesting. He's chilling in a house right in the middle of Pastoria City. He can teach your Pokémon moves they've previously learned but might have forgotten, provided they're at the right level. The catch? He needs a Heart Scale to do it. You can find Heart Scales in a couple of ways: they have a 50% chance of appearing on wild Luvdisc (you'll need the National Pokédex for this, though!), or you can dig them up in the Underground.
