Learn how to navigate the tricky Second Area in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, team up with Buck, and reach the back room. Follow our step-by-step guide!

Alright, so you've made it to the next big area! Things are about to get interesting because you'll team up with Buck to take on Team Galactic. Just like Cheryl, Buck's got your back and will heal up your Pokémon after every battle. Keep an eye on his Claydol, too – it's level 53 and likes to use moves like Ancientpower and Reflect.

Getting to the back of this area can be a bit of a maze, but don't worry, I'll guide you through it. Here's the path:

1. First off, find Buck. From where you meet him, head right until you see a set of stairs going down. Make sure you take the second pair of stairs you come across; they'll lead you to the bottom floor.
2. Once you're at the bottom, keep heading right until the path starts to go up. Follow it up until you spot a set of stairs on your left. Take these stairs up to the higher levels.
3. At the top, go north. You'll see another set of stairs on your right, but ignore those for now. Keep going north until you can't go any further. Then, turn left and go up when you get the chance. Look for a set of stairs on your left and head down them.
4. You'll reach the bottom again. Go up, and then take the left path when you can. You'll run into a breakable rock – use Rock Smash on it and keep going left. When you find the next set of stairs, go down them. Keep heading right until you see a boulder. (Remember to ignore the first set of stairs you saw when you entered this floor). Push this boulder all the way to the right. You'll find another set of stairs; go up them. At the very top, you'll see the entrance to the back room. Buck will head there, so follow him in!
