#8 Berry Checker

Find the Berry Checker on Route 208 in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Learn its function and how to use it to check ripe berries.

Location: On Route 208, there is a house next to a berry patch. Go inside and talk to the little girl to get the Berry Checker.

Function: The Berry Checker is somewhat limited as it only shows the location of berries that are ready to be picked, not where they can be grown. Touching the screen (the touch screen interface of the Nintendo DS) will refresh the Berry Checker's display.
