Alright, so you've made it to the first real challenge! When you enter this area, you'll immediately see Mars, Saturn, Charon, and a bunch of grunts. Don't worry about them for now; Mars is the one who wants to battle you first.

Boss: Commander Mars

Mars has three Pokémon: Bronzong (lv 58), Golbat (lv 58), and Purugly (lv 60). If you've been training your team, this fight shouldn't be too tough. Bronzong is Psychic/Steel and has Levitate, so Ground-type attacks won't work. Fire-types like Magmortar, Flareon, or Infernape are your best bet here. Golbat is the same as always; Electric and Rock types are good, or use Ice Beam or Ancient Power. Her Purugly is her strongest, using moves like Shadow Claw and Hypnosis. Fighting types are effective, but be cautious if you're using Giratina.

Boss: Commander Jupiter

After Mars, you'll fight Jupiter. She also has a Bronzong (lv 58) and a Golbat (lv 58). Her unique Pokémon is Skuntank (lv 60), which is Dark/Poison. This one is weak against Fighting and Ground-type attacks.

Once you defeat Jupiter, Mars and Jupiter will leave Team Galactic. Charon will announce his plan to use Team Galactic for money and then run off to find the Magma Stone. Your path forward is clear: head down the steps where the Galactic members were standing.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Head right from the stairs to find three boulders. You'll need to push them to clear a path. Push the top and bottom boulders to the right. Then, push the middle boulder upwards.
  2. 2
Continue heading right, then go up to find another set of stairs. Go up them.
  3. 3
Once at the top, head left and push the boulder there all the way to the left.
  4. 4
Keep going up the stairs until you reach another boulder. Push this one out of the way.
  5. 5
Go up the steps you find and enter the building.
Tips
  • Make sure your Pokémon are at a decent level before challenging Mars and Jupiter. Training on the routes nearby is a good idea.
  • Remember Bronzong's Levitate ability – avoid Ground-type moves against it.
  • Be mindful of Purugly's Hypnosis move; it can put your Pokémon to sleep.
  • Fighting and Ground-type moves are great against Jupiter's Skuntank.
