Tips
- Machoke is a useful Pokémon to catch on Route 210 North if you don't want to train a Machop or wish to trade.
- Swablu and Scyther are exclusive to Pokémon Platinum, with Swablu being a new catch for the Pokédex.
- Hoothoot and Noctowl are new Pokémon but are considered weak and best captured for Pokédex completion.
- The first stretch of Route 210 North has long grass, preventing bike use.
- Hidden ninja trainers are present but are weak.
- The northern part of Route 210 North is affected by fog, which lowers accuracy for all Pokémon. You will need a bird Pokémon with the move Defog (learned at Solaceon Ruins) to clear the fog.
- There are several trainers on the bridge; consider bringing potions and revives.
- You can reach Celestic Town without Defog, but it is recommended to use it.
Celestic Town Item House:
- Poke Ball: 200
- Great Ball: 600
