Entering Contests: To enter a contest, speak to the NPC at the Contest Hall in Jubilife City. You can enter any Pokémon you have caught.

Contest Categories: There are five categories: Cool, Beauty, Cute, Smart, and Tough. Each category has four ranks: Normal, Super, Hyper, and Master.

Gameplay: In a contest, your Pokémon will perform moves. The goal is to impress the judges and the audience by choosing the right moves at the right time.

Poffins: Feed your Pokémon Poffins to increase its Condition for each category. Different berries create different flavored Poffins.
Moveset: Choose moves that fit the category you are entering. Moves that make your Pokémon appeal to the audience or make other Pokémon nervous can be effective.
Order of Moves: The order in which you use your moves matters. Some moves are more effective when used early, while others are better for the later rounds.
Conditioning: Keep your Pokémon's Condition high by feeding it Poffins regularly.
Master Rank: To win the Master Rank, you'll need a Pokémon with maxed-out Condition in the chosen category and a well-planned moveset.
