    From the elevator on Floor 6, jump left to see Mesprit, who directs you to push a boulder.

    Use Strength to push the boulder down to the next floor.

    Take the elevator back to Floor 4.

    Go north on Floor 4 until Giratina flies by.

    Go right to the end, then down to a platform leading to Floor 3.

    On Floor 3, go left, then down onto a shadow platform, then right up, and right to a platform leading back to Floor 4.

    On Floor 4, go up and surf right.

    Continue right until your perspective changes, then push up to jump onto a floating platform.

    Go up to another platform with an upstream waterfall and surf on the water.

    Near the waterfall, a current will bring you down to Floor 5.

    Azelf will appear and direct you to drop the boulder down the hole.

    After pushing the boulder down, go left and use the elevator to return to Floor 6.

    On Floor 6, go left and push the boulder down the hole near Mesprit. Mesprit will fly off.

    Go to the right side of Floor 6 and push the second boulder down the hole near Azelf. Azelf will fly off.

    Talk to Cynthia on the south side of Floor 6 to activate an elevator that leads down to the 7th floor.
