Alright, so you need to find Nellie Bly in Nightingale, huh? Don't worry, it's not as complicated as it sounds, but it does take a little prep work. First off, you'll need to head to a Desert Herbarium realm. To do that, you'll need to craft a Desert Card and a Herbarium Card using your Enchanter's Focus. Once those are made, use them with a portal. We actually recommend making a smaller, Crude portal for this so you can easily pop back to Nellie's spot later without messing up your main Abeyance portal. Just a pro-tip!

Before you even think about heading out, grab the best Climbing Picks you can craft. You might not *have* to climb, but chances are pretty good you'll need to, so it's better to be prepared.

Once you're in the Desert Herbarium realm, the key to finding Nellie is to open up your map and look for a Portal and an Essence Trader that are right next to each other. Seriously, this is your main clue. You might see other Essence Traders, but if there isn't a Portal practically glued to its side, ignore it for now.

Now, getting to Nellie can be a bit of a challenge because she, along with that Portal and Essence Trader, is usually perched on top of a mountain, often near the center of the realm. What you're looking for is a way up. Scout the sides of the mountain; you're hoping for a less steep path or some jutting rocks that look climbable. It's not always obvious, and the terrain is different for everyone, but just try to jump your way up. We found a spot where we could easily hop from rock to rock, barely needing the climbing picks, but your experience might vary. If one path doesn't work, just keep looking for another way up.

Once you finally make it to the top, double-check your map and head towards that Portal and Essence Trader you spotted. Make sure you stay high up on the mountain; don't go back down. You should reach Nellie's camp pretty quickly, where you'll find her hanging out with the Essence Trader and a bunch of other NPCs.
