Learn how to craft and use Infusions in nightingale. Requires Simple Enchanter's Focus, T1 Essences, and specific crafting stations.

  • Simple Enchanter’s Focus recipe (obtained by completing Puck’s quests up to Site of Power).
  • Smelter recipe (purchase for 55 Essence Dust from an Essence Trader).
  • Saw Table recipe (purchase for 55 Essence Dust from an Essence Trader).
  • Mortar Station recipe (purchase from an Essence Trader).
Walkthrough
  1. 1
Obtain the Simple Enchanter’s Focus recipe by progressing through Puck’s quests until you complete the Site of Power.
  2. 2
Gather the materials to craft the Simple Enchanter’s Focus: Lumber x1 (from wood bundles in the Simple Saw Table), Ingot x2 (from any ore in the Smelter), and Glass x5 (from Quartz in the Smelter).
  3. 3
If you don't have the required crafting stations (Smelter, Saw Table), purchase their recipes from an Essence Trader for 55 Essence Dust each. Also, purchase the Mortar Station recipe.
  4. 4
Craft the Simple Enchanter’s Focus at your base.
  5. 5
Interact with the Simple Enchanter’s Focus and find the Infusions section.
  6. 6
To craft an Infusion, you will need T1 Essence. To acquire T1 Essences, either progress the main quest to a higher-level biome or use an Antiquarian Card with a biome like Forest, Swamp, or Desert in the Realm Card Machine. It is recommended to have a Gear Score of at least 20 before entering these higher-difficulty realms.
  7. 7
Enter the new realm and defeat enemies to obtain T1 Essences. Good locations for spawning enemies include Bastille’s Puzzles (by failing them), Fae Towers, and other side activities. Wildlife can also drop T1 Essences, but at a lower rate. You need 25 T1 Essences per Infusion.
  8. 8
Once you have the required T1 Essences, return to your base by selecting “Travel to Respite” from the map.
  9. 9
Interact with the Simple Enchanter’s Focus again and craft your desired Infusion.
Tips
  • You can find more Infusions scattered at Hope Echoes throughout the realms.
  • Infusions can also be purchased from various Essence Traders.
  • Completing quests, helping survivors, or looting chests may also yield Infusions.
  • To apply an Infusion, right-click it in your inventory and select “Apply”.
  • Your gear must be upgraded to at least Uncommon (green) rarity to have infusion slots. The first slot unlocks with Uncommon gear, the second with Rare (blue) gear, and the third with Epic (purple) gear.
