• You'll need to unlock the Refined Saw Mill first. The recipe for this can be bought from the Forest Provisioner Realm Essence Traders. Make sure you have enough T1 Essence saved up – usually around 100-200, depending on any workbench recipe improvements you've already snagged.
• The Refined Saw Mill itself requires a Brazier to craft Mechanical Gears and Blades.
• Once you have the Refined Saw Table, you'll see the recipe for Coated Paper. It needs:
  • 1x Coating
  • 12x Paper
• Paper is the easy part: you can make 12 of them from two Wood Bundles at any Saw Mill.

The real challenge is making the Coating. Here’s how that works:

• To make Coating, you first need the Refined Mortar Station. This is another Refined Crafting Station recipe you'll get from the Provisioner Realm.

• To get Fabric, you need to craft the Refined Spinning Wheel. This station requires Twine, Carved Wood, and Shafts.
• Carved Wood comes from the Saw Mill, Shafts from the Simple Smithing Station, and Thread (which you'll need for Twine) from the Simple Spinning Wheel.
• Once the Spinning Wheel is set up, you'll need to craft Refined Fibre from any Plant Fibre you find.
