Walkthrough
- 1Knock out enemy soldiers.
- 2Drag them to the truck (or a cardboard box later in the game) before they wake up.
- 3After completing or aborting the mission, captured soldiers will be in prison on the Squad Management screen.

- Cyber-Survival: Use allies in Cyber-Survival mode via WLAN. Assign equipment and send them online. Monitor their condition after 12 hours. If you lose, review the battle report to improve your strategy. Be cautious, as losing can result in your soldiers being captured.
- Unique Characters: Certain characters like Jonathan, Para-Medic, Python, Raikov, Sigint, Sokolov, Eva, Venus, Teliko, and Gene (EU version) join immediately after capture/rescue.
- Passwords: Using passwords is generally not recommended except for specific exclusive soldiers like GAKO or Zero (if you don't own the Digital Graphic Novel).
