Keep following that line of crates until you reach a gap just before a small building. Don't take a huge run-up for this next roll; just press [X] firmly. Your character should make it across. It might take a couple tries, but it's not too bad once you get the feel for it.

After that, you'll move into the next part of the warehouse. Look for a gap off to the west, and you'll see a wooden box a little ways past it. Get onto that wooden box, and then make your way onto the next row of crates.

Keep your eyes peeled in the distance – you're looking for a crate with another box sitting on top of it. Those are claymores, so keep an eye out!

Your goal is to reach that specific crate. You'll need to roll onto what I call "crate islands" until you finally get there.

Once you're on that crate, look down. You'll see some wooden boxes underneath some larger crates. There's a small ledge there you can get onto.

From that ledge, switch to first-person view and carefully walk off the edge. Your soldier will automatically grab onto the ledge below.

Shimmy along that ledge until you find a spot where you can pull yourself back up.

Hop down from there and look for a crawl space. You'll come to a gap, and there will be two passages leading to the right. You need to take the one that's furthest to the end.

When you reach that final passage, you'll just need to roll carefully onto three more crates. Do that, and you'll snag the body armor.

Tips

Using first-person view ([R3] or [L3] depending on your control setup) is key for lining up those tricky rolls over gaps. Take a moment to aim before you commit.
Don't rush the rolls. A firm press of [X] is better than a frantic mash. You need to get the timing and distance right.
