Wanted Men Jozo Location

Alright, so you've got a bounty on Jozo, huh? Let's get you pointed in the right direction. The pamphlet's gonna hint that he's hanging out around Mukurogai, and that's pretty much on the money. First thing you'll want to do is chat with the local near the gate exit. They'll give you the heads-up that someone from the Tengu group is looking for you. Makes sense, right?

Once you've got that confirmation, head out of the gate and take the path heading west. Keep an eye out for the Jizo Statue; it's a good landmark. Right across from the dojo, and to the left of that statue, you'll spot a Tengu. Go ahead and talk to them, and they'll lead you straight to Jozo himself.

How to Deal with Jozo:

So, this fight is a bit of a step up from the last Wanted Man. Jozo's going to be in the mix, and he's not exactly going to let you waltz through the others with your usual tricks. Forget about trying to spam Wild Dance here; Jozo's gonna interrupt you constantly. Your best bet is to switch over to the Swordsman Style. Focus on taking down the other enemies one by one, and seriously, keep that guard up whenever an attack is coming your way. You'll need to be ready to block or dodge at a moment's notice.

Once it's just you and Jozo, you'll notice he's got some armor on. If you've got access to Gunman Style's Acid Rounds, that's your easiest way to break through his defenses. Just blast away! However, if you're earlier in the game and don't have those yet, don't worry. You'll just have to be patient and chip away at his armor until it breaks. It'll take a bit longer, but it's totally doable.

Alternatively, you can stick with the Swordsman Style. A good strategy here is to land a regular three-hit combo, then immediately block or parry. This is a pretty safe way to get hits in. If you prefer shooting, you can use the Gunman Style and just keep firing with the [ ] button. He'll block some of your shots, but your special ammo attack can knock him down, giving you an opening.

After the Fight:

Once Jozo is down, there's a little cutscene. The Tengu you met earlier will try to make a run for it, but they're spotted talking to some mysterious person in a golden robe. Looks like there's more going on than meets the eye! After the scene wraps up, you'll be whisked back to the Wanted Men HQ to turn in the bounty.

Completing this bounty will net you 4 ryo, plus whatever items Jozo might drop during the fight. You'll also snag the Tengu Tamer trophy/achievement for your efforts!
