Where to Start: First things first, you'll need to head over to Mukurogai. Make sure it's daytime when you go. Head to the eastern side of town, and look for the dark hallway near the Paradise Bar. Follow that down to the river. You'll catch a scene with some folks chatting about a ghost that's been attacking people at night. Remember this spot; it's important!

How to Complete: Now, the tricky part is that you need to return to this exact spot by the river in Mukurogai, but you have to do it at night. If you're still in Chapter 7 and haven't progressed too far, you might need to advance the main story a bit until you have to go see Asahi. If you're playing in a later chapter, you can just use an inn or a similar spot to rest until nightfall. The "ghost" won't show up until it's dark.

Once night has fallen, make your way back to that river spot in Mukurogai. As you move towards the water, a scene will trigger, and you'll finally meet the so-called "ghost." Get ready for a fight!

The Fight: Honestly, this fight isn't too bad. You can take down this guy pretty much like any other enemy you've faced. For the easiest time, I'd recommend using the Gunman Style. Try to knock him down with the Finishing Blow attack, and then immediately follow up with a Heat Action. Another solid move to stagger him is the Trooper Ability, Essence of Violent Wind. It'll give you a good opening.
