Substory 03

Find Shikokuya Okami near the northern edge of Sannocho, where it meets Teramachi. Talk to her to learn Ryoma is known for karaoke and dancing, earning him the nickname “singing samurai”. Accept her request to entertain Kanda-sensei to start Substory 3 - Who’s Entertaining Who?.

Rendezvous with Kanda-sensei at Watami, a restaurant on West Shiho Street.

Perform the singing minigame at Utamaruya. Your performance in the song “Fighting Sakura” doesn’t affect the substory outcome, but a score of 90+ elicits a more positive response from Kanda.

After the song, Kanda will be inspired to paint. Interpret his abstract painting by choosing the option _”It was bold and virile”_.

Kanda will then take you to Nichibuza to perform the dancing minigame, “Samurai Enbu” (normal grade). Again, your performance doesn’t affect the substory outcome, but Kanda will comment on it.

Kanda will create another painting. Interpret this one by telling him _”It’s bold, yet elegant.”_

After dancing, you will need to fend off some Ruffians who intend to kidnap Kanda. The heavy enemy is slow but powerful; keep your distance and focus on the other goons first. Use heat abilities to keep weaker enemies down. Once the heavy is isolated, dispatch him.
