Master the Behemoth map in Halo Infinite with our comprehensive guide. Discover all weapon, equipment, and vehicle spawn locations, plus strategies for Slayer and Capture the Flag.

Behemoth is a large, open desert map in Halo Infinite featuring numerous weapon, equipment, and vehicle spawn points. Understanding these locations is key to dominating matches.

Weapon Spawns

Weapon spawn points are fixed, but the specific weapon that appears will vary each game.

  • Pistol: Left side wall of North and South Base (Plasma Pistol or Mangler).
  • Tactical Rifle: Right side wall of North and South Base (BR75 Battle Rifle or VK78 Commando).
  • Sub Machine Gun: South Basement and North Basement (Needler or Sentinel Beam).
  • Rocket Launcher: Right of each team spawn point (East Edge for South Base, West Edge for North Base) (Ravager or Hydra).
  • Pulse Carbine: Left of each team spawn point (West Edge for South Base, East Edge for North Base).
  • Power Weapon: Bottom Mid section (Skewer or S7 Sniper Rifle).

Equipment Spawn Locations

Three types of equipment can be found on Behemoth:

  • Grappleshot: Underneath the North and South Catwalks.
  • Repulsor: In the East or West Tunnel.
  • Overshield or Active Camo: Bottom Mid Section.

Vehicle Spawn Locations

Vehicles are available from the start and respawn after two minutes. Available vehicles include the Mongoose, Ghost, Banshee, Chopper, and Warthog.

  • Mongoose: South Track (east of South Base) and North Track (west of North Base).
  • Ghost, Banshee, Chopper: Platform of the West Tower.
  • Warthog (M12 Warthog or M12R Rockethog): Platform of the East Tower.

Game Modes

Behemoth is used for Slayer and Capture the Flag.

Capture The Flag

Objective: Capture the opponent's flag and return it to your base 3 times (5 in Ranked). The North Catwalk and South Catwalk are key flag locations.

Strategy:

  • Have two teammates defend your base.
  • Be aware of snipers in the West and East Towers.
  • Use the catwalks for cover if under fire.
  • Use Jump Pads to reach towers after a flag capture.
  • If carrying the flag, use the center of the map for cover.

Slayer

Objective: Be the first team to reach 50 points within a 12-minute timer. Essentially Team Deathmatch.

Strategy:

  • Prevent enemies from acquiring Power Weapons and Equipment.
  • Stay in the center of the map and stick with your team to trade kills.
