Complete The Future Past 1 DLC mission in fire emblem awakening. Requires postgame teams and units with Galeforce, Brave weapons, and Locktouch.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
The first turn is the most critical. Pair up your strongest attackers and defeat the two Snipers and two Generals to the south-west to protect Noire. If you have a Galeforce pair, they can potentially defeat 3 enemies this turn by alternating units. Be aware that Generals may not fall in one round, potentially negating Galeforce and forcing a reset.
  2. 2
After dealing with the initial south-western enemies, defeat the two Generals north of your starting position (at least the left one) to ensure Nah's safety. Be prepared for your army to be spread out and potentially vulnerable.
  3. 3
On Turn 2, mop up any nearby enemies and, if possible, snipe enemies within the cells using Mire (if available) due to its long range. Sorcerers or Shadowgift users like Aversa can wield Mire. If Mire is unavailable, bows can be used to snipe some enemies. Alternatively, unlock the cell doors and defeat the enemies within. Use Physic or Fortify to heal the children if their HP gets dangerously low. If Tharja is married and has Tomebreaker as her last skill, Noire will inherit it, increasing her survivability against Sages.
  4. 4
On Turn 3, continue advancing and sniping cell enemies. Do not move the units on the staircases, as Sages will appear from there on the enemy's next turn. Block all staircases in the north-east and south-west corners with four units to prevent enemy reinforcements, especially a Mire-equipped Sorcerer from the south-west corner that threatens nearby NPC children.
  5. 5
From Turn 3-5, bait the boss into range. You can place your Avatar or another sturdy character in range, and after a dialogue sequence, the boss will flee. Alternatively, attack the boss with a ranged character to avoid Counter.
  6. 6
On Turn 4, continue blocking the north-eastern stairs to prevent two Sages from appearing, who can quickly defeat Kjelle and Cynthia.
  7. 7
From Turn 5 onwards, if you have fought well and prepared adequately, you should be in a position to finish the map. If you have spare units, you can begin talking to the NPC children by placing their biological father, mother, or themselves next to them. However, prioritize plugging the two staircases directly above Kjelle to prevent a Trickster and Mire-equipped Sorcerer from appearing.
  8. 8
On Turn 6, continue blocking the north-eastern and south-western corner staircases to prevent reinforcements.
  9. 9
On Turn 7, two Warriors will spawn from the western stairs (left of Cynthia), and a Trickster and Swordmaster from the eastern stairs (right of Nah). While not immediately dangerous to the children, avoid leaving weak units by the stairs.
Tips
  • If you are not yet at a postgame stage with maxed stats, consider skipping this mission and starting with the Lost Bloodlines missions, returning later.
  • Bring a lot of strong units.
  • Brave weapons increase attack count, and Galeforce allows for two moves per turn.
  • Aversa is a useful unit as she can wield Mire and has Galeforce.
  • Don't hesitate to reset the mission on the first turn if it doesn't go as planned.
  • Mire magic can be purchased from Raydrik or Gharnef via the Bonus Box.
  • Physic and Fortify are healing staves that can heal from a distance.
  • If you married Tharja, Noire can inherit Tomebreaker for better survivability against Sages.
  • The boss has a Sorcerer class at level 20 and drops the Goetia item.
