Lunatic Pandora: Part 2

Phases:

1. Adel regularly absorbs HP from Rinoa to power her attacks. Rinoa's life force fuels Adel's offense.
2. Adel casts a variety of spells and attacks, including Energy Bomber, Flare, Meteor, Quake, and Ultima. Auto-Shell is recommended to mitigate some damage, especially Ultima. A warning message, “Magic powers are concentrated on Adel!”, precedes Ultima.
3. Rinoa must be kept alive; if she dies, you lose. Avoid area-of-effect attacks, including certain spells (Meteor, Ultima), GFs, and some limit breaks (Squall's finishers). Zell's basic limit moves and Irvine's limit are safe if specific ammo is avoided.
4. Heal Rinoa directly using Recover, items, or spells. Regen can be drawn from her, but Adel may drain HP faster than Regen can replenish it.
5. Adel has low HP, making the fight manageable if Rinoa is kept alive.

Strategy:

• Immediately draw and cast Regen from Rinoa onto herself, and provide supplemental healing as needed.
• Target Adel directly. Use safe limit breaks from Zell or Irvine if possible.
• If confident, attempt to Mug Adel for a Samantha Soul.
• Junction Wind-elemental magic to your Elemental Attack for increased damage against Adel.
• Consider Mugging Rinoa for 8x Megalixirs, but be aware of the risk to Rinoa's life.
• Defeat Adel to rescue Rinoa and allow Laguna to carry out his plan.
