Jack: Find a male student on the 1st Floor Hall. He plays Level 6 Boss cards. After defeating him, he explains the CC Group's structure (Jack, Joker, Club, Diamond, Spade, Heart, Queen, King).

Magician Joker: Go to the Training Center. Look for a man in a green jacket at the end of a dock. He plays Level 6-7 Boss Cards and has the rare Leviathan card. He can upgrade your Battle Meter if you win.

Knight Club: Head to the northern-most ring-hall area (connecting to the Dormitory) and find another male student. He has no cards of particular interest.

Princess Diamond: Return to the southern-most section of the ring-hall (the lobby). Wait for a pair of girls near the directory. They are the Diamond Duo. They are the last two you can play if you haven't visited Fisherman's Horizon yet.

Knight Spade: Find him on the second floor, in the hallway/bridge just off the elevator. He is one of two male students standing in the hallway (the one to the right). He fields Level 8 Boss cards.

Queen Heart (Xu): After the Garden is mobile, challenge Xu. You can challenge her after the Garden Festival, before piloting the Garden. Defeat her to obtain her Carbuncle card. After her defeat, she mentions the CC Group King. Talk to Nida on the bridge, then go to the Infirmary and challenge Kadowaki to learn about her past affiliation.

King (Quistis): Rest in your Dormitory room until the CC Group King arrives. The King is Quistis. She plays Level 8 Boss cards and has the Giglamesh card. Defeat her on the bridge to obtain the Giglamesh card and complete the questline.

Tips

Having Diablos's Enc-None ability can make navigating to Magician Joker less annoying.
It's tempting to stock up on cards from Magician Joker, but better opponents can be found later in the questline.
