    Head to Devil's Drop to rescue two more of Eli's people. Jump on a nearby quad and take the road to the right up the mountain.

    As you approach the tunnel, stop and tag enemies from afar using binoculars. A roadblock is set up.

    Take the small mountain path to the left of the tunnel entrance.

    Round the corner to find the two hostages and three cultists. Quickly dispatch the cultists, prioritizing the one in the middle, then headshot the others.

    Enter the tunnel and clear it with an assault rifle.
