Walkthrough

    Speak to Mayor Virgil Minkler in his office after liberating Hope County Jail and agree to help with the Water Treatment Plant.

    Locate the plant southwest of Peaches Taxidermy.

    Scout the heavily guarded plant from the southeast.

    Enter through the open gate, eliminate the cultist with his back to you, and hide his body.

    Follow the back of the building to the far end, take out the patrolling cultist, and hide his body with the first one.

    Quickly take down the VIP cultist at the container and hide his body.

    Return to the corner and wait for the flamethrower cultist to move away.

    Access the walkway from this side and take out the cultist pouring Bliss, followed by the flamethrower cultist.

    Head to the right side of the walkway and take out the cultist with his back to you. Leave the other two for now.

    Follow cover to the left and wait for the patrolling cultist to move up the path.

    Quickly get onto the walkway and take out the first of the two cultists pouring Bliss.

    Hide behind the stairs or cover and wait for the patrol to pass.

    Take out the second cultist pouring Bliss, then rush and finish off the third cultist.

    Engage the final two cultists facing each other by quickly shooting them in the head.

    Go to the left walkway with two pools of water and hit the switch to lower the water level.

    Drop into the area below, go through a hole, turn towards pipe 1, and shoot the barrel to destroy debris.

    Follow the pipe to the end, wait for the water level to rise, climb out, and access the first pump room.

    Destroy the three pumps in the room.

    Place a Remote Explosive on the middle pump but do not detonate it yet.

    Jump back into the water below and follow the pipe back to the surface.

    Head to the other pool of water (where the two cultists were facing each other) and hit the switch to lower the water.

    Drop in, follow the pipe to the end to access the second pump room.

    Destroy the three pumps in this room.

    Hit the detonate button to explode the first Remote Explosive.

    Quickly place another Remote Explosive in the center of the pumps in the second room and detonate it from safety.

    Deal with any reinforcements that arrive or fast travel out.

  • Stash bodies where you entered to avoid detection.
  • Destroying debris with a barrel allows access to the first pump room.
