Get the doctor’s bag: As soon as you start the mission after talking to Dr. Lindsey, jump into the pond. Swim to the objective marker and dive underwater to grab the doctor's bag.

Secure the area: As you surface, a cult helicopter will appear. Quickly swim to cover on the platform and take it down. You can use a rocket launcher or snipe the pilot. After dealing with the helicopter, you'll need to eliminate two more cultists and two Angels. Once the area is clear, return the bag to Dr. Lindsey.
