Alright, so you've met Zip Kupka at his ranch east of Fall's End. He's got some wild theories, and you'll need to hop in a truck with him to head over to the Flatiron Stockyards. Just ride along with him for now.

    Once you get to the overlook above the stockyards, take a moment to scope things out. Tag all the enemies you can see, especially that Marksman chilling on the roof. Before you start dealing with the drugged animals, it's a much better idea to pick off the cultists first. Zip's gonna be right there with you, and honestly, stealth is pretty much out the window since he likes to set everything on fire. Your main target here is that Marksman on the roof because Zip can't reach him. Once all the cultists are down, then you can deal with any remaining drugged animals however you see fit.

    After that, Zip's gonna decide it's time to plant an explosive. While he's busy with that, you should take the chance to forage around for any supplies you might need. Just be ready, because a bunch of cultists are going to show up shortly after you rejoin Zip.

    When the cultists start showing up, they'll be coming from the west, towards the billboard. You'll have to deal with some cattle running around as a distraction first, but just ignore them and find some cover. Zip will help you out here. When that pickup truck rolls up, chuck an explosive at it, or use an RPG if you've got one. It'll take out a bunch of them pretty easily. The mission wraps up once you defeat the last cultist.
Tips
  • When you're at the overlook, make sure to tag as many enemies as possible before you start the assault.
  • Don't bother trying to be stealthy once Zip joins you; he's going to make a lot of noise anyway. Focus on the high-value targets like the Marksman.
  • Use explosives on the approaching cultist vehicles for an easy way to rack up kills and clear out groups.
