Climb the ladder inside the warehouse to get onto the roof. There's a Marksman up there, so deal with him.

Keep moving along the roof. You'll spot another cultist on a walkway. Use a silenced weapon to take him out from a distance.

Drop down to the ground and use the trains for cover as you sneak towards the back of the yard. You're aiming to get behind the first cultist back there.

Take him out, then move on to the next two cultists. Make sure their backs are turned so you can get the drop on them.
