    Once you're on the roof, look towards the south. You should see a lone cultist hanging out at the back. He's a perfect target for another stealthy snipe.

    Be patient here for a moment. One of the VIP enemies will eventually come out to investigate the commotion. This is your prime opportunity to take him out from a distance.

    Climb down the ladder on the roof you're on. You'll need to deal with the VIP you just spotted, and his Judge buddy. Take them both out.

    Turn around from where you just came, and keep an eye on the barracks. Wait for another cultist to wander inside – he'll be an easy elimination.

    Now, it's time to sneak into the center of the outpost. Your goal is to take out the cultist who's patrolling around.

    Finally, make your way to the front of the outpost. There are two more cultists skulking around. Wait for them to separate a bit, and then take them out one by one.
