After passing Resistance Level 3, you'll be captured and interrogated by John Seed. Choose to say "Yes" to his proposition.

Once control is returned, move your chair forward to the stairs and throw yourself down them to escape your restraints.

Head back up the stairs to find a Socket Pipe for early defense.

Crouch under the pipes ahead and drop down the hatch.

Use your binoculars to tag the two cultists. Dispatch the first near Joseph's picture, then the second.

In the next room, wait for the patrolling cultist to return before performing a takedown. Dispatch the other cultist.

At the junction, tag the two conversing cultists. Wait for one to leave before dispatching the remaining one.

Continue down the corridor. To the right are barracks, and in front is a locked door. If you have the Locksmith Perk, you can find Smoke Grenades, a Med Kit, a .44 Magnum with ammo, and Mustard plants inside.

In the barracks, tag all four cultists. Dispatch the one doing situps, then the one sitting down, and finally the two at the back. Two more cultists will approach from the corridors; deal with them quickly.

Head to the door where Deputy Hudson is held.

Escape the bunker [01:30]: Abandon stealth and make a beeline for the stairs. Take out only necessary enemies using the magnum or a handgun. Keep taking the stairs to reach the surface.

Escape the area: Outside, use a Med Kit if needed and run for the bridge to the southeast through the trees. The mission concludes upon reaching the bridge.
