Rimland (First Visit)

Your first visit to Rimland in Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake! Discover Sparkly Spots, the Shrine of the Everbird, and valuable treasures like the Divine Dagger and Mini Medal #52.

Alright, so you've made it to Rimland! This is a pretty important spot, especially later on, but for now, we're just here to grab some goodies and check out a key location. Think of it as a quick pit stop before we get into the really heavy stuff.

First things first, you'll need to sail here. If you're coming from Lanson, just hop on your ship and head south. Keep going south and then west. It can be a little confusing to navigate the waters, so don't be afraid to check your map! You're looking for the area just south of Lanson island.

Once you're in the right general area, look for Sparkly Spot #75. This one's a good haul, giving you a Silver Tiara and a Magical Skirt. Keep that map handy, because the next few spots are a bit spread out.

From Sparkly Spot #75, head west. You should eventually reach the frozen island of Rimland itself. Land your ship on the east coast and then follow the coastline heading west. Keep your eyes peeled for Sparkly Spot #76. This one's hiding a Fur Vest and a Fur Hood.

Now, southwest of that spot, you'll find the Shrine of the Everbird. It's a pretty significant place, but we'll get to its main purpose later. For now, just note its location. Southwest of the shrine, you'll find Sparkly Spot #77. This one's got a couple of Dieamends for you.

Just a little further west from there, you'll find another Secret Spot. On the east side, there's a pot holding the Anti-Freeze Earrings. On the west side, you'll find two barrels containing a Chimaera Wing and the Divine Dagger. Nice! That's a solid weapon upgrade.

Now, head back to the Shrine of the Everbird. This place is where you'll eventually bring all six Orbs you collect throughout your journey. You can even drop off any Orbs you've already found by interacting with the pedestals inside. But the real prize on this first visit, tucked away in the right corner at the bottom of the ladder, is Mini Medal #52. Don't miss it!
