Dragon Quest III Mur Region walkthrough: Find Dieamend, Dragon Scale, Steel Broadsword, and more from Sparkly Spots and Secret Spots.
Walkthrough
- 1From Alltrades Abbey, head east through the hills then southeast into the fields. You will come across Sparkly Spot #55 containing a Dieamend, Seed of Luck, Seed of Luck, Seed of Defence, Seed of Defence.
- 2Follow the coast all the way south to the peninsula to find Sparkly Spot #56 containing Dragon Scale, 429 gold, Steel Broadsword.
- 3Head east a bit then north to the mountains to find a Secret Spot. Go inside and you will find Restless Armour (Percival) the Friendly Monster. Search the area for a barrel containing Magic Water.
- 4Go southeast from the Secret Spot to locate the Wayfarer's Inn. Search the drawer in the top left room for a Cypress Stick. Go into the room to the right and search the drawer at the back right wall for Mini Medal #38.
- 5Follow the coast northeast until you find Sparkly Spot #57 at the tip of a peninsula containing Strong Medicine, Strong Medicine, Strong Medicine, Special Medicine, Special Medicine, Seed of Strength, Seed of Strength.
- 6Follow the northern coast westward then north when you can to find Sparkly Spot #58 containing Copper Sword, Cypress Stick, Cypress Stick, Cypress Stick, Fur Hood.
- 7Go west from here and you should reach another Secret Spot adjacent to some mountains. Locate the treasure chest to find a Staff of Sentencing.
- 8Continue north from here to find Sparkly Spot #59 adjacent to the lake which contains Boomerang, Boomerang, Musk, Musk, "Diary of a Hardman" (Meathead).
- 9Follow the mountain range westward until you reach Sparkly Spot #60 containing Seed of Life, Seed of Life, Seed of Agility.
- 10Go all the way east to the east coast and follow it north until you reach the village of Mur.
- 11Go northwest from Mur to find Sparkly Spot #61 in the tundra containing Rabbit Tail (Happy Camper), Fur Vest.
- 12Make sure it is Day.
- 13Just west of the prior Sparkly Spot is another Secret Spot. Search behind a rock for Mini Medal #39. You will also find the Friendly Monster Whackanape.
Tips
- The Wayfarer's Inn offers rooms for 10G each.
- You can Zoom to the Wayfarer's Inn and sail south a bit to get Jipang as a Zoom location.
