  1. 1
The cave is west of Lanson. Before entering, check Sparkly Spot #95 northwest of Lanson for an Iron Lance and Chain Mail.
  2. 2
West of Gaia's Navel, cast Padfoot to capture the Friendly Monster Overtoad (Ribbert) near the center.
  3. 3
To the west of Overtoad is a chest with a Dragon Shield.
  4. 4
Enter Gaia's Navel. Follow the path south and through the door to an intersection.
  5. 5
Take either the east or west path to a room that loops back to the first room.
  6. 6
Use Musk to capture the Friendly Monster Restless Armour (Galahad).
  7. 7
Return to the intersection. Continue south into a large room with paths to the NW, SW, NE, SE, and South.
  8. 8
Loot the side rooms: NW (Prayer Ring), SW (Cannibox Monster), NE (Seed of Life), SE (Seed of Wisdom).
  9. 9
Take the south path to stairs leading down to Basement 2.
  10. 10
In Basement 2, go northeast to find a pot with Musk.
  11. 11
Go to the southeast corner to find a pot with a Banishing Bell.
  12. 12
Take the southeast stairs up. Follow the path to a chest with Earthenwear.
  13. 13
Return to Basement 2. Go to the center and find a pot with a Fading Jenny.

  15. 15
Return to Basement 2 and take the northeast stairs down to Basement 3.
  16. 16
On Basement 3, head west to an intersection. Take the northern path.
  17. 17
Ignore the warnings from wall faces and continue to the end for a boss battle.
Tips
  • The Dragon Shield reduces Fire and Ice Breath Damage.
  • The Earthenwear offers more Physical Defense than Magic Armours, but Magic Armours are still recommended. Do not sell Earthenwear as it may be needed later.
  • Restless Armours can call Healslimes, prolonging battles.
