Walkthrough

    From the entrance of Orochi's Lair, go west and take the south path at the first intersection. Find the chest with Black Pyjamas at the end.

    Return to the intersection and continue west to the next intersection. Take the east path to find a chest containing Magic Water.

    Return to the intersection and continue southward to the next intersection. Check the southeast path for a chest containing a Light Shield.

    Backtrack then take the southwest path south then east to the next intersection. Take the east path to find the Friendly Monster Magmalice (Alice).

    Return to the intersection and go north, ignore the stairs for now, and go all the way east to find a chest containing a Mask of Implacability.

    Backtrack to the stairs and take them down to Basement 2.

    On Basement 2, head north to the intersection and take the west path to find a chest containing Mini Medal #61.

    Return to the intersection and take the east path. Cross the bridge and approach the multi-headed Dragon. Heal up before speaking to the Dragon.

Boss Battle: Orochi

  1. Orochi has 1,800 HP, 12 MP, 130 Attack, 68 Defence, and 40 Agility.
  2. Orochi can attack twice per round and uses physical attacks, Fire, and Flame Breath which hits all party members.
  3. The spell Snooze can put Orochi to sleep, but it may wake up quickly.
  4. Hero: Use Snooze, Attack, or Heal.
  5. Warrior/Martial Artist/Thief: Attack and use Medicinal Herbs for healing.
  6. Priest: Cast Sap on Orochi, try Snooze, focus on Healing, and Attack.
  7. Sage: Cast Kabuff on the party for protection, then follow Priest strategy.
  8. Mage: Cast Oomph on fighters, then Kabuff on the party until max buffed. May need to Defend.

Tips
