Bring out a healer and a Skull (a type of mage) and use Braveheart and Shield/Magic Wall on your attackers.

Lure two Avengers forward by advancing your party slightly.

Defeat these two Avengers in one turn using boosted stats and strong techniques like Hurricane Slash, Sky Lunge/Avalanche, Skull Splitter/Violent Storm.

Be prepared for Lamington to potentially move forward and use his Armageddon attack; ensure your mages are not on the front lines and that the character hit can survive it.

Quickly defeat any remaining Avengers.

If possible, hit Lamington at the same time as defeating the last Avengers.

Position your party so Lamington cannot instantly hit all of them if he moves towards your base panel.

If you have a thief, consider stealing Lamington's Testament and weapon.

Alternatively, use a weak character to lift Lamington, taking significant damage (10,000+) but preventing him from acting for that turn.

Continue attacking Lamington with your strongest techniques, using Braveheart buffs if available.

When Lamington uses Judgment instead of Armageddon, focus on the single target.

Laharl should use Hurricane Slash or Nightsever frequently, especially if equipped with the Testament from Etna's diary.

Use healing items if necessary.
