Walkthrough
- 1In Module 1, eliminate the patrolling Flamethrower enemy from within.
- 2Deal with the sniper on the walkway between modules, or use Cloak to reach Module 2.
- 3In Module 2, defeat the single Trooper and collect the BIOELECTRIC CELL and LOCKPICK from the crates.
- 4Take the elevator down.
- 5Disable or bypass the camera overlooking the elevator entrance using the Dragon's Tooth, a Spy Drone, or by Hacking.
- 6If you can Hack, disable the turrets or turn them to your side. Remember to disable the turret attached to Camera #2.
- 7Defeat the Trooper in the corridor, who may be carrying a GAS GRENADE.
- 8Enter the URV Bay Module. Defeat the Trooper on the ground floor.
- 9Be aware that noise and alarms can summon two more Troopers from the upper floor.
- 10Silently approach the West side to find a Trooper with his back turned.
- 11A female scientist, Dr. Brittany Prinzler, will initiate a conversation when you approach her.
- 12Defeat the Troopers upstairs before proceeding further. A Gas Grenade thrown or armed along the stairway can incapacitate them before they reach you.
- 13Dr. Brittany Prinzler will give you the TECH/SHARKMAN security login.
- 14Collect the MULTITOOL and 10MM AMMO from the crates on the ground floor.

- 17Upstairs, use APINKERTON/ANTENNAPEDIA on a Terminal to access disturbing e-mails about the Ocean Lab.

- 19Head West to gain 300 SP PROGRESS BONUS for Locating the URV Bay.
- 20Speak with Nasir, a Mechanic in the Southeast corner, who mentions the Pool Doors must be open.
- 21Take the sub that is not currently being fixed to reach the Ocean Lab.
- 22In the URV Bay of the Ocean Lab, find deceased MJ12 Trooper Thomas Mann in the Northeast corner.
- 23Note the scientist floating in the water, likely Ridley, who sabotaged the lab.
- 24Savage will contact you near the East window.
- 25In the Southwest corner, find a BIOELECTRIC CELL and a LAM.
- 26Find a Terminal on the North wall. If you can Hack, use it to open the URV Bay doors to avoid backtracking.
- 27If you have advanced Hacking skills, disable the turret in the Crew Module.
- 28Swim into the water, turn 180 degrees, and swim towards the red lights to the West.
- 29Open the hatch and grab air. Collect ROCKETS and a REBREATHER from the crates.
- 30Swim back into the ocean and head South to find a hole leading to the South wing (Military Ops Wing).
- 31Swim inside. To the South, find a body with a BIOELECTRIC CELL. Picking up the body reveals a hidden PROD CHARGER.
- 32In this room, find a CLIP WEAPON MODIFICATION, a GEP GUN, and the STORAGE ACCESS NANOKEY.
- 33Gain 200 SP EXPLORATION BONUS for exploring the South wing.
- 34Return to the URV Bay to replenish air if needed, using the Rebreather.
- 35Ascend the first stairs to find two doors leading to aquaria with two Baby Karkians.
- 36Ascend one level higher to access these aquaria from the top.
- 37The body of a female scientist holds a BIOELECTRIC CELL. Be aware of a bug where Karkians can take it through the floor.
- 38Find a DataCube with background information.
- 39The floating MJ12 Trooper holds a SCRAMBLE GRENADE, and a PLASMA RIFLE is at the bottom of the tank.
- 40Ascend one more level. Both doors lead to the Command Centre, which has a turret on the roof that will immediately start shooting.
- 41Disable the turret. The right door leads to a Terminal that can disable it if you can Hack.
- 42The door to the flooded South wing is sealed.
- 43The computer in the Command Centre contains an e-mail implicating Ridley as an Illuminati agent.
Tips
- Taking out the Flamethrower enemy from within Module 1 first is advised.
- If you can't Hack the camera, you must deal with it directly.
- A Gas Grenade thrown or armed along the stairway in the URV Bay Module can help incapacitate Troopers before they reach you.
- The Rebreather is crucial for navigating the underwater sections.
- If you have the Targeting Augmentation, you can identify Nasir.
- Hacking the Terminal in the URV Bay of the Ocean Lab to open the URV Bay doors prevents backtracking.
