    Enter the super-secret tunnels. Use the code 2167 on the Keypad. A hidden DataCube in the water below also provides this code.

    Sneak past lasers using movement skills or disable them via the Control Panel encountered earlier.

    Duck behind a laser and punch in the code 2167 again.

    Avoid the camera; if it triggers an alarm, hide behind a metal crate. Hack the Terminal to turn off cameras and disable turrets if you have the Advanced skill. Otherwise, use Multitools on the camera and wait out the alarm.

    At the end of the tunnel, a large drop leads to a toxic water reservoir.

    Take down two MJ12 soldiers patrolling the water reservoir and the suspension bridge using sniping or Tranq. Darts. Wait out any alarms in a safe location. Three MJ12 soldiers are on the level above; they may approach your vantage point.

    A Terminal near the ladder can be ignored for now. A ladder goes down into the water, useful only for exiting if you fall in.

    Find a ladder leading to a manhole cover near the back of the 'Ton Hotel.

    Return to the bridge and use the Terminal on the wall with the MJ12/coupdetat login. Rotate the Bridge once.

    Open the door to a corridor. To the left, find a NAPALM CANISTER between pipes.

    Enter the final room. Disable the soldier near the door before he reaches the alarm near the water reservoir.

    Engage the two MJ12 soldiers on the floor and two more in an office behind doors (they only appear if the alarm sounds).

    Use the Terminal to turn off all cameras after disabling the one near it manually. Login: MJ12, password: coupdetat.

    Dispatch the remaining enemies. A Gas Grenade near the stairs followed by Tranq. Darts from above is an effective non-lethal strategy.

    Loot the area: a BIOELECTRIC CELL near chlorine gas drums, and a DataCube with login info (JSTEWARD/JS1357) in the office.

    In the Southeast corner, find a LOCKPICK and 10MM AMMO in the water.

    In the adjacent room, Ford Schick awaits. Collect a MULTITOOL and a LOCKPICK from the desk, and a BIOELECTRIC CELL next to it.
