    Approach the Hangar through the Barracks. Avoid NSF until you reach the Barracks area; focus on patrolling Bots and corner turrets.

    An NSF is located just outside the Boathouse. Defeat him quickly to prevent him from triggering the alarm. Loot his body for a LOCKPICK and the SECURITY TOWER NANOKEY. If the alarm sounds, wait in the Boathouse.

    Items to the North and Northwest are guarded by security towers and bots and are not essential for the main mission.

    Head to the South Tower, defeat the patrolling bot, and enter the Tower. You can enter before the turrets activate. Inside, find BINOCULARS and a SNIPER RIFLE.

    Travel to the Barracks. Three NSF are in the area. The guard can be taken down silently. All three carry the SECURITY TOWER NANOKEY, and one has a GAS GRENADE.

    Before the Barracks gate, find a ladder leading to a crate. Climb two ladders and jump Northeast into an open container.

    Inside the container, find a MULTITOOL and a LOCKPICK. Jump Northeast onto another container, then Southeast onto another. Shoot the crate blocking the next jump. This jump requires practice but is possible without Speed Enhancement. You will find an ACCURACY WEAPON MODIFICER. Climb down.

    The Barracks are guarded by two NSF outside and two inside. There is also a Security Tower with cameras and turrets. Ignore the external Terrorists and enter the Barracks.

    The NSF in the kitchen is stationary. The NSF patrolling the upper level will attempt to reach the Alarm Panel. Disable both.

    Find a new newspaper about global warming on a table.

    On the Dartboard, find three DARTS. Push a protruding brick to the left of the board to reveal a secret room.

    Inside the secret room, find 30.06 AMMO, 7.62x51MM AMMO, the BARRACKS DORMITORY NANOKEY, a COMBAT KNIFE, a LOCKPICK, a MINI-CROSSBOW, a SCOPE WEAPON MODIFICATION, and a LAW.

    Take the stairs up. To the Northwest, you'll see two doors and a Keypad. Use the Nanokey to open the door.

    Inside, four chests are present. Throw an explosive in the center to open them simultaneously. Be aware of potential NSF Troopers responding to the noise.

    Upstairs, the restrooms are unremarkable. The Dormitory contains four bunk beds and four chests.

    From the center of the room, the SW chest contains a MULTITOOL and a BIOELECTRIC CELL. The NW chest contains DARTS and two packs of smokes. The NE chest contains four FLARES and a LAM. The SE chest (unlocked) contains a MEDKIT and a DataCube with the hangar code: 5914.

    Enter the code 5914 into the 60% Strength Keypad to enter Lebedev's Hangar.

    Once in the hangar, walk down the stairs. Paul will contact you. Combat is not necessary.
