Alright, let's tackle another side mission in the Captain Scarlett DLC: 'Burying The Past'. This one's all about making something disappear permanently. ## Walkthrough ### Objectives Here's what you need to do: * Pick-up explosives * Place explosives on the _Kronus_ * Blow the _Kronus_ to Hell ### Strategy First off, you'll need to grab some explosives. Aubrey Callahan III has stashed them in a wrecked boat south of the Oasis township. Keep an eye out, though – there are some nasty stalkers "Stalker (enemy)") hanging around that stash. They're not too tough, especially if you're in a vehicle with some decent weaponry. Once you've got the explosives, you need to take them to the wreck of the _Kronus_. The path there is guarded by [sand worms](https://borderlands.fandom.com/wiki/Sand_Worm "Sand Worm"), but again, vehicular weapons should make short work of them. After you've planted the explosives on the _Kronus_, you'll need a detonator to set them off. This is conveniently located in a nearby [sand pirate](https://borderlands.fandom.com/wiki/Sand_Pirate "Sand Pirate") encampment. Don't worry too much about this part; the pirates there are pretty standard and not in large numbers. ### Completion Once everything's blown sky-high, you'll get a message saying, _"With her great-grandma erased from history, Aubrey can now attempt to live a normal life, free of child-schmafficking."_ Just head back to the Oasis Bounty Board to turn in the mission. ## Notes * Mission Item: Explosives - The flavor text for these is _"Sometimes you just need to blow stuff up."_ * There's a discoverable [Vault symbol](https://borderlands.fandom.com/wiki/Cult_of_the_Vault "Cult of the Vault") on the hull of the _Kronus_. Definitely worth looking for if you're a completionist!
