Gold Loot Chests

Alright Guardian, let's talk about those shiny Gold Loot Chests you can find scattered around the Moon. They're not always obvious, but finding them can give you some nice gear. We'll go through them one by one, so you know exactly where to look.

Gold Loot Chest #1

Location: Hellmouth

When you're heading towards the Hellmouth from Archer's Line, keep an eye out to your left. You'll see a big cluster of rocks. Go around to the back of these rocks, and you should spot your first Gold Loot Chest chilling there. It's easy to miss if you're just rushing past.

Gold Loot Chest #2

Location: Hall of Wisdom

This one pops up during The World's Grave mission. Once you're inside the Hall of Wisdom, head all the way down to the bottom. There's a pool of water there. Follow the stream coming out of it, and it'll lead you to a hidden spot where the second Gold Loot Chest is waiting.

Gold Loot Chest #3

Location: Hive Library

In the final area of the Hive Library, you know, the one where you have to fight off a big rush of enemies? Leap into the pool of water in that chamber. Right at the bottom edge, you'll find a library mechanism, and the Gold Loot Chest is tucked away right next to it. Don't get too caught up in the fight to miss it!

Gold Loot Chest #4

Location: Temple of Crota

Make your way to the very bottom of the Temple of Crota. From there, take the path that goes off to the right. You'll cross a bridge, and after that, you'll want to look down off the right side. Yep, the Gold Loot Chest is hanging out below. You might need to do a little careful maneuvering to grab it.

Location: The Summoning Pits

This chest is found at the very end of The Summoning Pits Strike mission, right when you're facing off against Phogoth. You'll need to backtrack a bit from the boss arena to find it.
