How to Unlock the Triple Tech, Delta Force

Recruit Leena: At Cape Howl in Another World, after the boss fight, refuse Kid's request to join three times. The next morning, Leena will join your party.

Recruit Razzly: After Viper Manor and Kid is poisoned, choose to save Kid. Obtain the Astral Amulet and return to Home World. Head to Hydra Marshes before fighting the Hydra boss. Razzly is found at the end of the west branch and can be recruited if you haven't defeated the Hydra yet.

Obtain Leena’s Level 7 Tech (Maiden’s Faith): Near the start of the game, after meeting Leena at Opassa Beach, choose the dialogue options "I remember" and "I’ll never forget today" to make her happy. Later, after Serge is restored at Fort Dragonia (Home World), return to Arni Village (Home World) and speak to Leena’s grandmother with Leena present.

Obtain Razzly’s Level 7 Tech (Raz-Flower): After recruiting Razzly, do not have her in your battle party when fighting the Hydra boss. Before Mt Pyre, go to Water Dragon Isle (Home World) with Razzly. Allow the dwarves to attack the fairies and take your time reaching the Dwarf tank boss. After defeating the boss, if you were slow enough, Razzly’s sister, Rosetta, will be dead. After Fort Dragonia (Home World), return to Water Dragon Isle (Home World) and speak to the fairy by the tree with Razzly present to obtain the Floral Rod and this tech.

Use Delta Force: Ensure Leena and Razzly have Maiden’s Faith and Raz-Flower respectively in their Element Grids. Place Leena, Razzly, and Serge in your battle party. In battle, build Elemental Power to 7+ for Leena and Razzly, and 5+ for Serge. Once achieved, and all characters have 1+ stamina, selecting Luminaire, Maiden’s Faith, or Raz-Flower will be replaced by Delta Force.
