How to Recruit Guile

Alright, so you're looking to get Guile on your team in Chrono Cross? Good news, he's one of the easier characters to recruit, so you won't have to go through too much trouble for him.

Here's the rundown:

1. First things first, you'll need to have learned about Viper Manor. The guy at the golden statue in Termina's port town is your cue for this.
2. Once you've got that info, head into the bar in Termina. It's located to the left of the main crossroads.
3. Make your way all the way to the left side of the bar, and you'll spot Guile just hanging out near the barkeep.
4. Chat with Guile. He'll mention he needs to get to Viper Manor but doesn't have a boatman.
5. This is your chance! Simply choose the option to “ask for his help”.

Boom! Just like that, Guile will join your party. From there, you can continue on with Guile's Path, which is a whole other adventure. Easy peasy, right?
