Walkthrough

Start a fight with a large group of guards as close to a haystack as possible.

Kill all the guards, ensuring you have at least five corpses (some guards may run away).

Pick up each corpse one by one (using Circle, which can be frustrating with weapons).

Carry each corpse to the haystack.

Get close to the haystack and press Circle again to throw the corpse inside.

Repeat for all five corpses.

Tips

This achievement is not obtained by hiding assassinations.
The story mission 'Romagna Holiday' offers a good opportunity. After parting ways with Leonardo, you fight enemies at the end of the mission. You can then dump their bodies in the nearby haystack.
