Walkthrough

Travel outside the city toward the yellow marker on your minimap (a small map in the corner of your HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) that shows nearby allies, enemies, and objectives).

When you reach the restricted area, you will see your target standing with a guard.

The target is standing with his back turned to a haystack.

Hop into the haystack and assassinate him from there.

You will need to deal with the guard after the assassination.
