You'll start this mission needing to be completely undetected. If you're spotted, you'll desynchronize and have to begin again. Immediately look down to spot the two guards standing side-by-side. Perform a double air assassination on them to take them out quickly.

Now, make your way towards the boat. It's best to stick to the left side as you approach to minimize the chances of being seen.

Once you reach the boat, climb onto it from the far side. Your goal is to get to the top ledge without actually climbing over the edge. From this vantage point, survey the area and all the guards patrolling the boat. Your target is located in a small alcove, and the only way to assassinate him is from above. This means you'll need to eliminate most of the other guards first.
