First things first, you need to get out of the city, heading north. Keep an eye out for patrols and try to avoid them when you can. It's okay if you have to take down a guard or two, but don't go on a wild goose chase trying to eliminate everyone. Your goal is to reach the area where Bianca is waiting.

Once you're out of the city, it's all about search mode. As always, Eagle Vision is your best friend here. You'll find Bianca chilling in the gap between the two roads that split off.

When you get to Bianca, you'll find some guards. Take them out quickly. If you see a Seeker, he's a good first target because he's got a spear you can grab. If you don't go for him, just be aggressive in your attacks and don't wait too long for counter opportunities. If you've learned the throwing knife technique, now's a great time to use it.

After you've dealt with the guards, chat with Bianca to free her. Your next objective is to find Ottaviano, who's chilling at the lighthouse, further north. The area around the lighthouse is crawling with archers, so you'll want to be stealthy. Use your throwing knives to pick them off from a distance.

You'll see an archer on the wall ahead, just waiting for a ledge assassination. Take him down, then start climbing the tower.

Ludovico Orsi is waiting at the very top. You'll notice he patrols around the top, but he never gets close enough to the edge for a sweet ledge assassination, so don't waste your time waiting for that. The moment you reach the top, he'll know you're there, even if his back is turned. Your best bet is to either go for an immediate Hidden Blade assassination or, if you've got the time and feel confident, engage him in combat. Once he's down, free the boy, and you're done with this part.

With one target down, it's time for the next. Head to the southwest corner of the city for another mission.
