Silver Ore is a crucial resource in V Rising, primarily needed for crafting Dark Silver Ingots, which are essential for upgrading your gear to Gear Level 65-70 and beyond. You'll need an Iron Mace or better to mine it effectively. Silver Ore is not found in early-game regions like Farbane Woods or Dunley Farmlands; it's mainly located in the Silverlight Hills.

Where to Find Silver Ore:

1. The Sacred Silver Mine: Located in the northwestern Silverlight Hills, this is the most abundant and reliable source. It's a large mine filled with Silver Ore nodes. Be cautious of elite enemies within. Clearing areas of enemies before mining is recommended. Silver Ore can also be found as loot from enemies, chests, and destructible objects here.
2. Silverlight Hills (Random Nodes): While rarer than nodes in other regions, Silver Ore nodes can occasionally spawn scattered throughout the Silverlight Hills outside the mine.
3. Chests, Containers, and Destructible Objects: Silver Ore can be found as loot from regular or gold chests and by destroying objects throughout the Silverlight Hills, particularly in the town of Brighthaven.
4. Servant Scavenger Missions: Send your servants on hunts to the Sacred Silver Mine. Ensure your servants have high gear levels for a successful hunt. Multiple high-level servants increase the chances of success and the amount of resources returned.

What Silver Ore is Used For:

• Constructing the Anvil: Requires 32 Dark Silver Ingots and Scourgestones.
• Crafting Dark Silver Weapons: Such as the Dark Silver Sword, Axes, Mace, Spear, Reaper, and Slashers. Each requires 12 Dark Silver Ingots and 6 Reinforced Planks.
• Upgrading Equipment: Dark Silver Ingots are used to upgrade various weapons and armor.
• Upgrading Castle Heart and Cosmetics: Dark Silver Ingots are also used for these purposes.

Note: To produce Dark Silver Ingots efficiently, craft the Anvil in a room with Forge Flooring. Crafting without Forge Flooring costs 20 Silver Ore and 1 Scourgestone per ingot, while with Forge Flooring, it costs 15 Silver Ore and 1 Scourgestone per ingot.
