Ziva the Engineer Boss Guide

Location:

Find Ziva in the Trancendum Machine Factory, located in Gloomrot South. From the Gloomrot South Vampiric Waygate, head north, then east, then north, then northeast, then northwest, then west, and finally north to reach the factory. Navigate to the warehouse in the northeast corner, proceed through the corridor, and ascend the stairs to find Ziva.

Strategy:

Ziva cycles through three guns: Lightning, Flamethrower, and Shotgun. Each gun has two distinct attacks. Be aware that she can use the "Bombs Away!" attack at any time, which involves hovering and dropping bombs that leave persistent fire puddles. The general flow is Lightning Gun → Flamethrower → Shotgun → Lightning Gun, and so on.

Ziva's Attacks:

• Lightning Gun:
  • Ricochet: Fires a small electric orb that ricochets off arena railings. Can stun you. Dodge through it or move out of its path.
  • Homing Orb: Unleashes a large, slow-moving electric orb that follows you, dealing continuous damage. Keep moving until it dissipates.
• Flamethrower:
  • Rotating Flame: Sprays fire in a 360° circle around her. Maintain distance until the attack ends, then dodge through the flames to attack.
  • Fire Spray: Dashes towards you and sprays tracking flames with limited range. Dodge away or get behind her and attack while avoiding the flame.
• Shotgun:
  • Gatling Barrage: Fires a prolonged barrage of tracking bullets. Use the furnaces in the corners to block the attack.
  • Spread Shot Barrage: Dashes and fires three waves of shotgun pellets. Keep distance or dodge through the blast towards Ziva.
• Bombs Away!: (Can occur with any weapon) Ziva hovers and drops bombs, leaving persistent fire puddles. Run around the arena, utilizing the entire space and avoiding the puddles until they dissipate.
