Exit the elevator into a white courtyard and enter the marble labyrinth.

In the first room, the left doors close, and the right doors are locked. Proceed through the center doors into a gallery with posing Mannequins.

Reach the far end of the gallery to trigger a Red Skull Key pedestal. Return to the first room to find the previously locked door now open.

Navigate the narrow corridor and wall-jump to the upper floor. Enter the intersection room with an Alpha (α) button and a blue pedestal. Pressing the button unlocks a door elsewhere.

Return to the start of the labyrinth. The previously locked door is now open, revealing a room filled with stationary Mannequins.

Proceed to the kneeling Mannequin behind a gate to obtain the Red Skull Key. This action triggers the Mannequins to surround you but not attack.

Return to the Mannequin gallery room and the Red Pedestal. Six Mannequins will break from their poses and attack. This is your first encounter with Mannequins.

Defeat the Mannequins. The black wall with a skull depiction will retract, allowing you to proceed.

Descend the split staircase into a small room with a walkway. Mannequins will ambush from below.

Tips

Mannequins are fast and can climb walls/ceilings. They attack with swipes or Hell Seekers.
Hitting a Mannequin on a wall stuns them temporarily.
Sawblade traps are effective against Mannequins due to their tendency to chase.
Homing projectiles are difficult to dodge but easier to parry due to their tracking and slower speed.
